This powerful upper-body workout focuses on arms, shoulders, and overall upper-body endurance using a mix of compound movements and isolation exercises.



🔥 WARM-UP (5 Minutes)

Prepare your shoulders, arms, and joints for maximum strength activation.

Arm Circles – 30 seconds forward & backward  ✅ Shoulder Rolls – 15 reps  ✅ Resistance Band Shoulder Pull-Aparts – 15 reps  ✅ Push-Up to Downward Dog – 10 reps  ✅ Triceps Dips (Bodyweight or Bench) – 10 reps

🔥 MAIN WORKOUT – NUDE UPPER BODY STRENGTH & DEFINITION

This NUDE UPPER BODY WORKOUT is divided into three key blocks to target arms, shoulders, and endurance.

💪 Block 1: Strength & Definition

Focus on building mass and sculpting your arms & shoulders.

🔥 Push-Ups (Standard or Diamond) – 3 sets x 12 reps  🔥 Overhead Shoulder Press (Dumbbells or Bodyweight Presses) – 3 sets x 10 reps  🔥 Bicep Curls (Dumbbells or Resistance Band) – 3 sets x 12 reps  🔥 Triceps Dips (Bodyweight or Bench) – 3 sets x 12 reps

⚡ Block 2: Power & Endurance

Increase upper-body stamina with high-rep, explosive exercises.

🔥 Plank Shoulder Taps – 3 sets x 15 reps per side  🔥 Hammer Curls (Biceps & Forearms) – 3 sets x 12 reps  🔥 Lateral Raises (Dumbbells or Resistance Band) – 3 sets x 12 reps  🔥 Diamond Push-Ups (Triceps Focused) – 3 sets x 12 reps
