  • Will my membership auto-renew?
    Yes, all memberships are set to auto-renew to ensure uninterrupted access to your workouts. You can cancel auto-renewal anytime in your account settings.
  • How can I cancel my membership?
    You can cancel your membership anytime via the account settings on our website. For assistance, you can contact our support team.
  • Is there a refund policy?
    No refunds on what you already experienced but you can cancel your membership anytime and you won’t be charged in the future.
  • Can I pause my membership?
    Currently, we do not offer a pause option for memberships. However, you can cancel at any time and rejoin when you’re ready.
  • Can I upgrade my membership plan?
    Yes, you can upgrade your membership plan anytime by contacting our support team or through your account settings.
  • What’s included in the Founding Member benefits?
    Founding Members enjoy special pricing, permanent status, access to exclusive content, behind-the-scenes material, and more.
  • Do you offer a discount for military or first responders?
    We currently do not have specific discounts for military or first responders, but we appreciate your service and will consider adding such discounts in the future.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept major credit cards and other secure payment options.
  • How do I access the workouts?
    You can access the workouts by logging into our website and clicking on the "Workouts" tab in the header. The workouts can be streamed on TVs, desktops, laptops, and iPhones.
  • What devices can I use to watch the workouts?
    Our workouts can be streamed on your TV, desktop, laptop, or iPhone. We recommend keeping your device updated for the best experience.
  • What should I do if I experience technical issues?
    For any technical issues, please contact our support team at support@5amfitclub.com. We’re here to help you have the best workout experience possible.

  • What types of workouts are available?
    We offer a wide range of workouts including: - Full-body workouts - Upper body and lower body sessions - Core and abs routines - Yoga, stretching, and flexibility exercises - Boxing and cardio - Cycling workouts - Themed sessions such as holiday or cosplay-themed workouts
  • Are all workouts live now?
    Not all workouts are live yet. Some are still being edited and filmed. We will be uploading new workouts on a monthly basis as they are completed.
  • Are the workouts suitable for all fitness levels?
    Yes, we have workouts designed for all fitness levels—beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Each workout is labeled with its intended difficulty level to help you choose what’s right for you.
  • How often are new workouts added?
    We aim to add 2 new workouts each week. However, this is subject to change based on filming schedules, the audition process for new trainers, and production time.
  • Can I choose specific trainers or workout styles?
    Yes, you can select your preferred trainer or workout style from our growing library. We’re also working on expanding our selection with themed workouts and additional trainers.
  • Are there themed workouts available?
    Not at the moment, in time we will have a variety of themed workouts, including cosplay, holiday-themed sessions, and more. We plan to add this collection over time.
  • Will you be adding more advanced workouts?
    Yes, we are continuously expanding our library to include more advanced workouts, as well as options for beginners and intermediates.
  • How long are the workouts?
    Most of our workouts range from 20 to 35 minutes, making it easy to fit them into your daily routine.
  • Do you offer workouts in languages other than English?
    Currently, all our workouts are in English. We may consider adding other languages in the future based on demand.
  • Will you be adding more trainers?
    Yes, we plan to add new trainers on a monthly basis. We’ll hold auditions every month and add new trainers as soon as they are selected and filmed. This audition, hiring and filming new trainers process can take anywhere from 1-2 months. However, we will do our best to speed up the process in order to improve your experience.
  • Do you offer nutrition advice or meal plans?
    Currently, we focus on fitness, but we will introduce nutrition advice or meal plans in the future. Stay tuned for updates!
  • Are there any live workout sessions?
    At this time, we do not offer live sessions, but it’s something we may consider adding in the future based on member interest.
  • How do I start the 6-week challenge?
    Once you’re a member, you can begin the 6-week challenge by visiting our Workouts Page. Follow one daily workout, Monday through Friday, and share your journey using the hashtags #5amfitclub and #trainhard
  • What is the best way to track my progress?
    We recommend using a fitness tracker or app to monitor your progress like My Fitness Pal. You can also take progress photos and share them in our community for motivation. In time we will add our own trackers to our web portal.
  • How can I provide feedback on workouts?
    We encourage you to leave your thoughts and feedback after every workout. There will also be an option to provide suggestions and ideas to help us improve.
  • How do I join the private Reddit community?
    Once you become a member, you’ll receive an invitation to join our private Reddit community where you can connect with other members. We are not launching our Reddit community until October of 2024.
